Socio-psychological status in the family and psychological culture of the mother of a child with visual impairment

The article presents the results of testing hypothesis about presence destructive tendencies in socio-psychological status mothers families raising children with visual impairments, as well disharmonious nature their psychological culture. Mothers from 48 took part experiment. Negative trends such as: excessive importance mother’s role family circle; estrangement spouse; intimacy child to detriment spouse were found. following are noted: a high level culture terms “strength aspiration” parameter and an average “degree realization” parameter, some contradictions indicators sensitivity, emotional acceptance behavioral manifestations relations children, which general gave reason define “disharmonious”.
